Musician level - Paulina Aguirre
Paulina Aguirre is an upcoming sophomore majoring in Horn Performance at Baylor University. Prior to studying with Mr. Jeffrey Powers at Baylor, Paulina was a student of Mr. Stuart Womble in Frisco, Texas. While in high school, Paulina performed with the 4A and 6A Texas All-State Ensembles and earned membership in the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra performing under Mr. Richard Giangiulio. While at Baylor, Paulina has been grateful for the opportunity to perform alongside talented musicians in the Baylor Wind Symphony and Baylor Symphony Orchestra and is excited to experience other incredible performance opportunities while she continues her studies in Waco. Paulina is looking forward to serving as an intern at the Mountain Light Music Festival and is eager to dive deeper into her relationship with Christ alongside friends and colleagues while surrounded by the beautiful wilderness of Pagosa Springs. After completing her degree at Baylor, Paulina will continue her study of Horn Performance at a graduate school while also exploring her passion for film and media. Ultimately, she hopes to win a professional job performing in an orchestra, opera pit, wind band, or anywhere God leads her to be.
